1. 概述 · Overview
本隐私政策说明 keleji（下称“本应用”）在提供内部广告数据管理服务时，如何收集、访问、使用、存储、共享与删除数据。 本应用由我们内部团队开发并运营，仅供内部使用，不向第三方提供服务、不对外收费。 使用本应用即表示您已阅读并同意本政策。
This Privacy Policy explains how keleji (the “App”) collects, accesses, uses, stores, shares and deletes data. The App is developed and operated by our internal team for internal use only. It is not offered to third parties and is not monetised.
2. 合规要点速览 · Required disclosures at a glance
- ① 访问哪些 Google 用户数据：本应用（keleji）仅访问您明确授权的 Google Ads 账户数据（账户标识、广告系列/广告组/关键词/广告文案、预算与花费、展示·点击·转化等指标）。What Google user data is accessed: only advertising-account data (account identifiers, campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, budgets/spend and performance metrics) within the Google Ads accounts you authorise. 不访问 Gmail 正文、Drive 文件、通讯录、日历、照片等。
- ② 如何使用：仅用于生成内部投放效果分析与结算/对账报表，以及在授权范围内同步广告状态。How it is used: solely for internal performance analysis, reconciliation/settlement reporting and authorised status sync. 不用于广告定向、用户画像、训练通用 AI 模型。
- ③ 与谁共享/转让/披露：我们不向任何第三方出售、出租、转让或披露 Google 用户数据；仅存储于自有服务器，仅限内部授权人员访问（法律要求除外）。Sharing/transfer/disclosure: we do not sell, rent, transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties.
- ④ 数据保护机制：全程 HTTPS/TLS 加密传输；数据库最小权限 + 账号鉴权（含两步验证）； OAuth 凭证加密保管，仅用于调用 Google API。Protection: encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access-controlled and authenticated (incl. 2FA); OAuth credentials are stored securely.
- ⑤ 保留与删除：投放/结算数据在提供服务期间保留，日志不超过 12 个月；您可随时在 Google 账号撤销授权，或邮件要求删除，我们将在 30 日内删除或匿名化。Retention & deletion: retained while the service is provided (logs ≤ 12 months); on revocation or request we delete/anonymise within 30 days.
3. 我们访问的数据 · Data we access
本应用通过您明确授权的方式访问以下数据：
- Google Ads 账户数据（Google Ads API）：在您授权的 MCC 及子账户范围内，读取广告系列、广告组、 关键词、否定关键词、广告文案与标题、预算与出价、投放地区与语言、展示/点击/花费/转化等指标数据。 用于内部效果分析与结算核算。
- Google 账号基础信息：OAuth 授权范围内可获得的账号标识（如邮箱/用户 ID），仅用于识别被授权账号。
- 结算相关业务数据：我们自有的返利账号、做单记录、结算与绩效数据（非 Google 用户数据）。
我们不访问：Gmail 邮件正文、Google Drive 文件、通讯录、日历、照片等任何与本服务无关的 Google 用户数据；我们也不访问他人（非授权）的广告账户数据。
Data accessed through the Google Ads API is limited to advertising accounts you explicitly authorise (MCC and sub-accounts). We do not access Gmail message content, Drive files, contacts, calendars, photos, or any other Google user data unrelated to this service.
4. 数据的使用目的 · How we use the data
- 展示与分析您自有广告账户的投放效果（报表、图表、趋势）；
- 生成内部结算、对账与绩效报表；
- 在授权范围内同步广告状态（如启用/暂停广告系列），仅用于内部运营需要；
- 保障系统安全与故障排查（日志）。
我们不会将 Google API 数据用于：广告投放优化服务（对第三方）、用户画像、出售或出租给第三方、 训练通用 AI 模型、或任何与上述目的无关的用途。
We use the data solely for internal performance analysis, reconciliation/settlement reporting, authorised status synchronisation and system reliability. We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or training general AI models.
5. 数据共享 · Data sharing
我们不会向任何第三方出售、出租或共享 Google 用户数据。数据仅存储在我们自有的服务器上， 仅限经授权的内部人员访问。仅在以下情形可能披露：法律法规明确要求；或为保护本应用与用户安全所必需。 我们不会将数据用于第三方广告或数据经纪用途。
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties. Data resides on our own servers and is accessible only to authorised internal personnel.
6. 存储与安全 · Storage & security
数据存储于我们自有的服务器；传输采用 HTTPS/TLS 加密；访问需账号鉴权（含两步验证）与权限控制； 数据库按最小权限原则配置；OAuth 凭证（client secret / refresh token）加密保管，仅用于调用 Google API。
Data is stored on our own servers, transmitted over HTTPS/TLS, protected by authentication (including 2FA) and role-based access control. OAuth credentials are stored securely and used solely to call Google APIs.
7. 数据保留 · Data retention
投放与结算数据在提供服务期间保留，用于历史对比与对账；日志类数据保留不超过 12 个月。 当您撤销授权或请求删除时，我们将在 30 日内删除或匿名化相关数据（法律法规要求保留的除外）。
Advertising and settlement data is retained while the service is provided for historical comparison; log data is retained for no more than 12 months. Upon revocation or deletion request we delete or anonymise the data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
8. 删除与撤销授权 · Deletion & revocation
- 您可以随时在 Google 账号的「安全性 → 第三方应用与权限」中撤销本应用的访问权限；
- 您也可以发邮件至下方联系邮箱，请求删除您的数据，我们将在 30 日内处理并书面确认；
- 删除范围包括：授权凭证（refresh token）、已同步的账户数据及其派生报表数据。
You may revoke access at any time in your Google Account (“Security → Third-party apps & services”), or email us to request deletion. We will delete the relevant data (including OAuth credentials and synced account data) within 30 days.
9. 您的权利 · Your rights
在适用法律（如 GDPR）允许范围内，您有权访问、更正、删除您的数据，或限制/反对相关处理，并可要求数据可携带。 行使权利请通过下方邮箱联系我们。
Subject to applicable law (e.g. GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, and to data portability. Contact us to exercise these rights.
10. 儿童隐私 · Children’s privacy
本应用为企业内部工具，不面向 16 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童数据。
The App is an internal business tool and is not directed to children under 16.
11. 国际传输 · International transfers
我们自有的服务器可能位于不同的司法辖区；跨境传输时我们会采取合理措施保护数据安全。
Our own servers may be located in different jurisdictions; we take reasonable measures to protect data in transit.
12. 政策变更 · Changes
本政策如有更新，我们会在本页面发布最新版本并更新“最后更新”日期。重大变更会以适当方式通知使用者。
We will post any changes on this page and update the “last updated” date above.
13. Google API 服务用户数据政策 · Google API Services User Data Policy
keleji’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
我们对 Google API 所获信息的使用与转移遵循《Google API 服务用户数据政策》，包括有限使用（Limited Use）要求： 数据仅用于提供本应用明示的功能；不用于广告投放、不转让给第三方、不用于判断信用/借贷资格。
